SITE FOR SMALL BUSINESSES

Post by bitheerani319 »

Talking about websites for small Brazilian companies is still a challenge, because every day we are faced with the most different life stories and professional experiences.

How do you tell a wealthy middle or elderly man, who built all his capital away from the internet, that his business now needs a website?

But our mission here is not why, but how. Let's get to it.

Setting Goals

What do I want to do?

The first question we ask ourselves when starting a website project is: What do buy saudi arabia number want to achieve with this project? It is not uncommon to hear: “I want to promote my company”, or “My competitors already have one, I need to create one anyway”.

Dear friends, please forget the phrase “Everything can be copied”! On the internet, this doesn’t work, in business it doesn’t work, or if it used to work, it doesn’t work anymore.

We live in an era of technological innovation, new trends and consumer power. Authenticity is the greatest competitive advantage there is. Put yourself in the customer's shoes and exercise your empathy: Would I buy from myself? Why? What do I do or have that is better than my competitors?

Believing this, I will use my website to… Sell? Reinforce my brand? Instruct my customers on the usability of my products (when complex); Capture emails and contacts for sales and relationship actions?

Where can I serve my clients?

Can your products and services be sold and offered anywhere in the country or the world? Are there any restrictions on the area you can serve? This is one of the most important questions for the success of your business on the Internet. After all, your content must be findable and relevant to people who live in these places, even if they are not there at the time of purchase.

Rodrigo Vale, as described in his Google Plus profile, “Responsible for improving the Internet ecosystem in Latin America”, in his wonderful lecture at the Entrepreneurs’ Fair in POA-RS, presented a case of a girl from Kenya who sold cakes. Really, regular birthday cakes. In short, she realized that she could only serve her locality and discovered in her research that the people in her city had practically no access to the Internet, but that there were many people living in Europe, with relatives in her city. What did she do? She set up a page with the following appeal: “Hey you from Europe, or who knows where else; Do your mother or relatives live here in my city? (in this case, Nairobi) Is it their birthday? Do you want to give them a gift? Then buy one from me and I will deliver it to them, personally, at their homes!” (Not exactly in those words, okay?! But isn’t it fantastic?)
