In large rooms, it is recommended to lay tiles on the floor senegal mobile database the center or far corner, and in small rooms - from the door from a visible patch. At the same time, laying the first row is one of the most important stages of these facing works. The entire final result depends on the correctness and evenness of its laying.
To minimize errors, it is recommended to first lay out the tiles dry without glue. This will allow you to see how they will ultimately lie in the room. If it is possible to slightly shift all the rows to the side and reduce the number of cut tiles, then this should be done. The less you have to cut them, the less waste there will be.
It is prohibited to lay ceramic floor tiles close to the wall. There should be a gap of 3-5 mm between them. Any building settles over time. These changes are usually not even noticeable to the naked eye. However, if the tiles are placed close to the wall, the slightest changes in the geometry of the room can lead to swelling of the tile covering.
Laying the remaining rows, cutting the tiles
The adhesive should be applied to the floor in sections of 0.5–1 m2 so that it does not dry prematurely. It is better to first lay the tiles on this solution, and then cover the next section with it. After 10–15 minutes in the air, the adhesive mixture will set. There is no point in laying ceramics on top after this, since reliable adhesion will no longer be possible.
The adhesive is applied to the rough base and tiles in a layer of equal thickness using a notched trowel to avoid distortions in individual sections of the floor covering. Each new tile after laying should be checked for horizontality using a building level. You should not rely solely on your eye here, otherwise you may end up with a crooked surface instead of a level floor.
