Use FAQ mode to search for more frequent questions

Optimize your sitemap by removing URLs that don’t support organic search
Use a robotsxt file to point search crawlers in the right direction
Create 301 redirects. There are some outdated pages and 404 errors that need to be resolved
Make usability adjustments to the design.
3. Optimize the “Get a Quote” form
We added heat mapping and anonymous visitor logging to the site. When we analyzed this data, it became clear that many people were not filling out the “Get a Quote” form because it was too long — like standing at the bottom of a mountain trying to find the right route to the top! The original form had nearly 10 questions, which overwhelmed users and led to low conversion rates.

We’ve had great success using multi-step forms on othe ukraine mobile database clients’ websites, so we decided to create one for Fleetcover as well. We have all the questions you need to provide a complete quote, broken down into easy to understand tabs and user-designed icons instead of just text.

Our new form is creatively built with four steps to make the process easier. This change alone has increased the number of applicants for the form from 175 before November 2019 to 1,489 in the last 12 months a 751% increase.

4. A strong focus on content creation

Service Page
Content creation is an area where we really had the opportunity to show our creativity alongside data analysis. We started by looking at Fleetcover’s services page and fleshing out the content to make it more engaging.
