Step 4: In the next window, you will see a list of applications and features that are allowed to communicate through your firewall. To change these settings, click Change settings.

Step 5: If you don't see your DNS client in the belgium telegram data list, you can add it by clicking on the plus + icon.
Step 6: To temporarily disable the firewall, uncheck the box next to Windows Defender Firewall and click OK to save the changes.
Step 7: You can also configure the firewall settings by locating the DNS client or any other application you want to configure and checking or unchecking the boxes next to the desired options.
Step 8: Once you have finished setting up, click OK to save your changes.
Note: It is important to temporarily disable your firewall if you need to troubleshoot your connection. Leaving your computer without a firewall may expose it to potential security risks.
For macOS
Click on the Apple search bar and type "Firewall".
The firewall interface will open, where you need to select the Firewall tab.
If the firewall is enabled, you will see the message "Firewall is enabled". Switch it to "Off".

8. Install the new Chrome browser
If none of the above methods worked, the best thing you can do is reinstall the Chrome browser as a new one. But before that, you can try clearing the browser cache and data to see if that solves the problem.
If that doesn't help, your only option is to reinstall the Chrome browser as if you were starting from scratch. To do this, you'll first need to completely remove Chrome files from your system.
