Method 4: Reconfigure DNS on the affected device

If both the DC and the client computer can communicate without any issues, the problem is most likely due to incorrect DNS configuration. Therefore, updating the DNS settings is necessary to correct the domain when connecting to the DC.

Domain controller
1. Open a command prompt on the computer with the domain controller and run ipconfig allthe command.

2. Write down the IPv4 address and return to the affected device.

Affected device
1. Press the Windows key, type " control panel" and press Enter.

Open Control Panel

2. Set the view to Large icons and select Network kuwait telegram data and Sharing Center .

Go to Network and Sharing Center

3. Click " Change adapter settings " on the left sidebar.

Click "Change adapter settings"

4. Right-click the current network adapter and select Properties .

Characteristics

5. Select Internet Protocol Version 4 TCPIPv4 and click Properties .

Internet Protocol Version 4 TCPIPv4 > Properties

6. Select the option " Use the following DNS server addresses ".
