Installation of BEMS Building Management System Architecture

Post by aminaas1576 »

1. BAS Building Automation System : Centrally controls various electrical equipment, air conditioning equipment, refrigeration and heating equipment, fire-fighting and anti-theft equipment inside the building, and ensures a comfortable environment inside the building with energy saving and global environmental protection in mind. The equipment operation status and utilization rate are optimized.

2. EMS Energy Management System : Modern energy automation system based on computing technology. Transmits the values of each monitoring point through the central monitoring station, allocates and plans the energy management and decision-making in the building, and maintains the electrical equipment in the building at the optimum level. Operate with optimum efficiency, such as power unloading, demand management, etc.

3. Building Management System BMS : Manages the operation and maintenance of each equipment, as well as the scheduling of security personnel, records all the expenses in the building and stores them in the registration form.

4. FMS Plant Management System : Uses computer el salvador number data database to accumulate various records of equipment operation status and maintenance costs, generates various reports and evaluates financial and management aspects of maintenance.

The basic study of BEMS architecture includes three interconnected levels: design level, operation level and energy saving expert system. Its basic spirit is to conduct detailed diagnosis of the building energy consumption status through a complete and digital monitoring system. Compare the measured data with the existing database data to identify the problem (Failure detection); then use the expert system to develop energy saving measures, classify them into design problems, operation problems or management problems, and then feedback to the original system for improvement and conduct an economic benefit assessment. In this way, as the building is in commercial operation, time gradually advances until the optimal operation of the system is achieved.

After the complete BEMS system architecture is installed, detailed planning is carried out for the three main subsystems of air conditioning, lighting and power, including the setting of monitoring levels, the number of monitoring system points, the positions and methods of system control (PID, Fuzzy), building management (external security company or own building manager) and communication system (settings, telephone, fax, Internet access, dial-up Internet or LAN), etc. In the hardware part such as air conditioning systems, the corresponding monitoring points such as ice water flow, ice water inlet and outlet temperature, cooling water inlet and outlet temperature and energy consumption, etc. are set to facilitate the planning of measuring points.
