Learning moments
With the above story I have tried to show through a practical case that there are many possibilities to organize something together without a big budget, and to give an idea of what kind of free tools are available. However, they can be a lever for everything you put into it. In this case, combined with the real-time nature, this creates quite a bit of extra work pressure to do the event organization 'on the side'.
