Post by bitheerani319 »

The next phase involves Proof of Concept (PoC) with the support of the sponsors of the technical and innovation areas of the Brazilian multinational.
São Paulo, August 2023 - The Stefanini Group, a Brazilian multinational with 35 years of experience in the technology market, will feature five startups in the second edition of 87.co , its acceleration program. Ephrom (GO), Gaio (MG), LudosPro (SP), Tamboro (RJ) and Stalo (RS) were selected from more than 70 applicants and will co-create innovative solutions with Stefanini's business areas.

In this edition, four challenges focused on the main trends in Information Technology Outsourcing (ITO) were launched. The goal was to attract Brazilian startups in the traction or scale phase to develop innovative solutions and increase the consultancy's portfolio. The selection took place after Demo Day, an event held in São Paulo where six finalists presented their base de datos california pitches to an evaluation panel that included company representatives and guests from the market. Carolina Furlan, Executive Innovation Marketing Manager at BRF, Ornella Nitardi, Open Innovation & Digital Ecosystem Manager South America at Basf, and leaders from Stefanini participated in the process. The finalists presented solutions to four challenges: data analysis for decision-making in customer service, voice analysis in customer service, training and knowledge management, and gamification and learning curve management. Each startup had seven minutes to present its solution and then receive feedback from the evaluators. "The possibilities brought by these startups to the ITO sector excite us immensely.

Innovation is a collaborative process and we look forward to working together, shaping the present to transform our portfolio and ecosystem into an increasingly scalable and high-impact one. As a result, startups play a central role, gaining prominence in this dynamic collaboration process, but especially bringing unique and complementary solutions to our value offering”, comments Rodrigo Placido, head of innovation at Stefanini Brazil. The chosen solutions range from a platform for data analysis, training and learning, automation and even customer service monitoring. In the development stage, which will begin in September, they will participate in a Proof of Concept (POC) together with Stefanini's business areas to work on real operational and customer challenges.
