Chat2Desk Updates: October 2020

New Chat2Desk features that were introduced in release 2.46 in October 2020.

1. Facebook Trial Mode*
You can use the quick setup wizard and independently connect a public page on Facebook* for a trial period of 7 days.




2. New input field for the operator
The online chat dialogs now have an cambodia mobile database operator input field with the following features:

Text formatting – bold, italic, underline, strikethrough;
Adding links with descriptions - for example, my favorite site ;
Extended interface for attaching attachments - image preview is available, file type and size are indicated, and the ability to delete attachments one by one has been added.

Future plans: updating the input field in all dialogs and formatting support in messengers.

3. Updated "Your Account" window
The appearance and functionality of the Your Account window has been updated :



Added the function of changing the operator's avatar (previously it was done from the menu Settings -> Customization );
The operator status change interface has been updated;
Added color indicator of operator status;
