Subsequently, the evolution of the technological context and also of the European regulatory scenario have led the Italian legislator to take into consideration other types of electronic signature, so that today essentially these types of signature have been consolidated:
the simple electronic signature (FES) , which represents the most basic type of signature, often made up of a pair of credentials (username + password) and sometimes strengthened by additional elements, such as an OTP solution (a one time password code), to obtain a form of authentication of the signatory;
the advanced electronic signature (FEA) ,
capable of providing a higher level of security, identified by the Prime paraguay whatsapp resource V Ministerial Decree of 22 February 2013: for example, whoever provides an FEA solution must identify the signatory in advance, must inform him/her about the characteristics of the solution and acquire informed consent for its use and must have an assistance service and an RC policy, to cover any damages that may arise from improper use of the FEA. It is worth remembering that art. 60 of this same decree imposes limitations on the use of this type of signature, specifying that it can only be used within the scope of legal relationships between the subject who must acquire the signature, and who therefore provides the FEA solution, and the signatory;
