Daniele is a professional in the P&C (People & Culture) area, and is part of a large team of women who together act as one of the company's main pillars, training, recruiting and selecting the best talents, solving problems and serving the entire range of old and new employees.

About MATHer Dani
At the age of 18, Daniele always thought about working in areas that could help people, whether as a social worker or speech therapist. However, her path followed the area of mental health, with psychology, and in 2023 she started college.
For this front, her greatest desire is to be in the administrative sector (in HR/P&C), and with great dedication, her trajectory at MATH followed the path she traced from the beginning.
Among its many strengths - which are also differentials that the company seeks in each employee it hires - being ambitious is what sets it apart.
Working with zeal, proactivity and focus are also among her primary qualities, not to mention her willpower, since at the age of 14, Dani went looking for her first job to enter the job market.
Entering MATH
But, after all...how was your entry into MATH?
“Since I turned 14, I kept looking for a job, and when the pandemic started (2020), I found Integrar, an employment agency in RS that hires interns and young apprentices, and I signed up. They only got back to me in 2021...” (sic)
Until the big moment of contact with Integrar (Associação de Integração Empresa Escola), Dani vietnam phone number example had no previous experience with the market. This reality led to frustrating moments when the company did not respond and the agency demanded that she be updated on the next steps.
Her determination, however, made it possible for MATH to enter her life, and after an interview that, according to her, was calm, synergistic, dynamic and organized, it was possible for us to get back to her the next day in a super positive way, followed by her hiring as a young apprentice, to work as an administrative assistant.
Dani, therefore, worked in several areas of the company, such as finance, collaboration with the HR department, in her own role as an administrator and in specific day-to-day demands, enabling her growth and knowledge in all these areas.
What it's like to be a MATHer
For Dani, being a MATHer is defined in words like:

Furthermore, for Dani, who started her first job at MATH at the age of 16 and recently turned 18, her career has only been marked by good things, including equal treatment, since there is no distinction based on position, age or gender.

A contract that starts as a young apprentice to administrative assistant and grows exponentially to several fronts, in addition to moving from intern to trainee, as CLT, is being in a place with a world of opportunities.
Daniele said, “the hiring was a surprise, because I thought I would be an intern, but the board skipped my two years of internship to train me as a CLT, and I was really happy for the opportunity.”
