Equality in the workplace

The Provincial Observatory for Equality in Labour Relations, OPI Albacete, has recently published the results of the 4th report on work and analysis of indicators of equality in labour relations, based on the response of several provincial companies, among which we are a part.

As we told you a few months ago on our social networks, we received in our Albacete office the head of the Department of Associations, Technical Areas and Projects of the Confederation of Entrepreneurs of Albacete FEDA , Évelin R. Molano., and the Coordination Commission of the Provincial Observatory of Equality in Labor Relations, OPI Albaceete to begin a process of participatory work and advice on Equality.

The main objective of this working meeting was to measure and understand the protocols and the real commitment to equality that we have at Grupo Tecon in order to establish a work process in which good practices and opportunities for the development of joint and innovative projects are shared.

Throughout this process we work based on 2 main axes:

Inclusive and non-sexist communication and advertising.
And, as a result of this work (both on our part and that of other companies and workers in the province) a guide has been published to prevent and combat gender violence in the workplace.
