We built the positioning, created a User Stories Map, Roadmap and developed a prototype of the application together with the designer. The target audience of our activity tracker is not athletes, but ordinary people.

We encountered a challenge while working on the project. For in-depth interviews, we needed people who play sports with apps. We couldn’t find enough respondents. The sample was only six people, so it was hard to extract insights. But we managed.
