Recruitment Idea: Strategic Partnerships

Post by Ehsanuls55 »

As much as some might want to, we can't do it alone. Having people by our side makes our lives not only easier, but much better. This is also true at work, of course, because forming alliances can be your secret weapon.

There are many ways to approach this strategy. One of them is to form alliances within your company. Reach out to other departments and determine who you can collaborate with to make the customer journey as smooth as possible. For example, marketing and sales can bring a wealth of knowledge to each other.

Another way is to collaborate externally . Companies often form partnerships with each other, but it can also be between individuals. If you establish relationships with people from complementary companies, you can help each other with referrals.

Regardless of which partnership is best for you, be strategic in choosing it. Make sure your goals are ceo email list aligned, or you could find yourself facing more challenges than benefits in the long run.

Recruitment idea 4: Give value
When you approach your potential customers, they often expect you to sell them something. You can differentiate yourself from this typical approach by providing them with something that they will find useful . For example, send them a useful link that may be relevant to them, a whitepaper with relevant industry information, or a free trial of a product. Write a contact email that they will enjoy reading.

Providing valuable things doesn’t have to be “tangible” either . You can also suggest they reach out to someone they’re interested in talking to. This typically happens after a conversation based on asking them what they need, rather than offering them your contacts without context. You don’t want to burn bridges for no reason.

Whatever way you can help them, they will see the value in keeping in touch with you and will therefore put you ahead of others when they are looking for a product or service. Keep in touch with them regularly, preferably even after they have purchased, with emails and/or social media.

Recruitment Idea 5: Host an informational event
This idea also fits well with the concept of networking collaboration. You can organize a joint event with your partner to reach both audiences. Whether in person or online, provide value to both audiences with the topic and content.

A webinar is a great way to reach your desired audience as the barrier to entry is low. They can easily provide an email and get the value of watching your webinar whenever they want if you record the event.

If you decide to present in person, you have the added benefit of face-to-face interaction. In addition to learning about your experience(s), participants will be able to network with each other, which is invaluable to most.
