Anja holds a Master's degree in Financial Management from two universities, the Faculty of International Relations in Sofia and the Faculty of Law in Skopje. She also has experience in entrepreneurship, having founded one startup and co-founded another. Given all her practical knowledge and experience in this field, Anja is an excellent lecturer in the Professional Skills course at Brainster Next College.

Anya joined the Brainster team in 2019 as a product manager at the Brainster UX Academy, where she helps with market monitoring and competitive analysis. She develops sales strategies and is involved in defining the product vision.

Also, during this period, Anya is a career mentor at Brainster Academies where she holds coaching sessions with students from all academies and helps them develop their soft skills that are crucial for launching a new career or advancing in an existing one.

Since 2020, she has been focusing on networking and developing the Brainster Partnership team. She focuses on finding companies that can provide real projects for students that can have a positive impact on society. A process that still brings incredible benefits to Brainster Academies students, filled with creating real solutions for real clients and participating in 48-hour hackathons. Starting this year, Brainster Next College students also receive these benefits , which allow them to gain practical knowledge and skills and gain insight into how their working days will unfold before they even start working.
