Maybe my lead magnets have stopped working?

Remember that if you have to compare yourself to someone in your industry, compare not only the size of your database. Look primarily at the percentage of openings, or the number of people who respond to a given newsletter.

Lesson Two
Point number two is all the statistics that I measure and observe in the context of newsletters. I check the following things: first, it is the growth in the number of subscribers. Of course, all my actions are aimed at making my romania rcs data base bigger and bigger. So if I did not get at least a few hundred new people in a month, then I am probably doing something wrong. Maybe my newsletter is not recommended, maybe too many people unsubscribe?

The number of subscribers itself is important, but there are other statistics that I consider more important. The second statistic that I consider crucial is the open rate. How many people who receive messages from you actually open them? And here's a very important note. It is impossible to give one open rate that would be ideal, because it will be variable and dependent on several elements, such as your industry. A smaller newsletter from a personal blog or a company with a small staff will probably be opened more often than a large newsletter reaching tens or hundreds of thousands of people in e-commerce. So the fact that you will have an open rate of 10% and someone else will have it of 50% does not mean that you are doing something wrong. You need to know who you are comparing yourself to.
