Even if we carry out collective sending of messages, each of our recipients in the data set should receive, as a result of cold mailing, individual information, prepared separately and addressed only to him.
Remember about follow-up messages
After sending the message as part of the cold mailing campaign, you should then consider the need to follow up with recipients who did not respond to the message. Some of them may have missed the information or did not have time to read it.
There are various suggestions in this respect, but there is certainly twitter data nothing wrong with making the first follow-up within a few days (e.g. 3-5) of sending the initial message, and then repeating it within the next week (e.g. 7 days of sending the first follow-up message) and up to two weeks (e.g. 7-14 days of sending the second reminder message).
The subject of the message will always be key – remember that it is what makes the “first impression” and arouses interest.
As for the number of reminder messages, here too you can find different opinions, however, a 3-time follow-up within the time indicated above should be the standard. Should you do more follow-ups in the long term? In B2B sales activities, you can and even should remind as often as possible, however, perhaps after a 3-time follow-up in the form of an e-mail and no response from the recipient, it is time to launch other sales tools or to recognize that these specific potential buyers who did not react to cold mailing in any way - at this moment - will not be interested in establishing a business relationship and you should try to get back to them in the future.
After completing all the above-described activities, it is time for statistics and a summary. This is a very important element of the conducted campaign, which allows you to determine the effectiveness of cold mailing. In this case, you should pay attention to, among others:
to how many recipients from the database was the message successfully delivered
how many of them opened the message
how many of them reacted to the message by replying or opening the link
it is also worth examining possible negative indicators
