The sales funnel is nothing more than a process in which the rcs data switzerland is prospected, their purchasing decision is matured and then finalized. To ensure that the customer does not get lost in this process, we use different strategies to achieve better results and conversion rates.

Understand in this article what the sales funnel is and how it works.

Sales funnel: understand how it works
In general, we use content as a tool to guide our potential customers through the sales funnel. This is because content is the most important tool in this regard today. Through social media, blogs or websites, ads, email or phone, you will guide interested people into potential customers.

To do this, we have to follow a structure, a process. This is the essence, a structured and specific process to sell more and more efficiently.

The funnel is divided into 4 phases:

Prospecting;
Maturation;
Negotiation;
Sales.
Please note that each phase needs to be designed according to the needs of each business. In addition, there are a number of situations that must be taken into account in these phases. Let's look at each of them separately.

Prospecting
Prospecting is the phase in which we attract the attention of people who may be interested in our product or service. In the case of car sales, this is when we show models, benefits of each one, recommendations and other content, and interested people contact us. This is the entry phase into the funnel.

Maturation
Once people have shown interest in a particular product, we need to mature the purchasing process. After showing the benefits of a particular vehicle, for example, we start showing the models that are best suited to each profile, according to price ranges and needs. Here, we are maturing the purchasing decision and then we start improving the process until the sale.

Negotiation
At this point, we overcome customer objections. Imagine that you have a customer who wants a car for everyday use, but has trouble parking in tight spaces and driving on busy roads. In this case, you can show them smaller options, such as a hatchback or a shorter vehicle. Here, we present the customer with prices and show the cost-benefit of the product in question.
