New vehicle payment control makes store management easier

Always seeking to meet the demands of our customers, we have released a new feature into production that promises to help vehicle dealerships control the payment of vehicles purchased by the stores.

The control allows you to know not only the initial value of the payment on the day of purchase of the vehicle, but also the number of remaining installments, the amounts and due date of each installment.

This new control is linked to the financial module, when entering a rcs data brazil informing the number of remaining installments, the system automatically creates titles in the accounts payable routines, facilitating the monitoring of financial operations.

The control also has the “pay off” option, linked to the financial module, in which outstanding installments are eliminated and automatically replaced by a single title with the amount of the payment made.

This way, both stores that pay off the financing in a single payment method and stores that pay the installments monthly will have full control over this information and, in particular, whether the store made a profit or a financial loss on that specific transaction at the end of the payments.
