Now you might be asking yourself: Why would you want to recreate these solutions using low-code? The answer is quite simple. Why should you go to the trouble of doing something yourself when there is already a solution for it?
Because by developing it yourself, you take usa rcs data complete control of the process and can then adapt it however you want. At the same time, there is no better way to learn something than to do it yourself . So let's get started.
What makes a good customer feedback app?
Regardless of whether you program classically or work with a low-code platform like SeaTable, you should first sit back and think about what exactly you want to achieve.
The Customer Feedback App we have developed is designed to implement the following four requirements:
Collecting customer feedback of any kind in one place
Gain insights from this feedback
Identify and implement improvements for your product
Involve customers in the discussion at any time.
We will now gradually implement these requirements in SeaTable, so let's roll up our sleeves and get started.
Step 1: Overview table Feature Requests / Customer Feedback table for the “Feature Requests”
Create a table with four columns in a SeaTable Base. The first column contains the title , i.e. a short description of the requirement. The second column is for a more detailed description . The third column is for the status , which is why you should use a single selection. For the last column, select the column type “Creator”, which is filled automatically. Of course, you can choose the name of the columns completely freely or add your own information. Keep in mind that all feature requests will be recorded and listed in this table in the future.
