A more effective tool is a story from a real person, who is not interested in the issue, about their impressions of buying from a particular seller. This is word of mouth, the advantages and features of which we will highlight below.

Many consumers believe that the purpose of colorful advertising is to sell a product or service. At the same time, the seller deliberately conceals the product's shortcomings. As for people who have already purchased a product or service, their opinion is more valuable and objective, since they have already managed to form a certain impression of the product, which means they can be trusted.

In dictionaries, word of mouth is described as rumors and gossip. Authors of literary works of the last century talk about it. Reading these books, we understand why one of the most effective methods of promoting goods and services has this name. Companies today very actively use this tool to promote brands and goods as part of advertising campaigns. Word of mouth as advertising complements traditional marketing methods well.
