Customer satisfaction . Caring about the consumer always inspires trust. The mission should show how your company or your product changes the life of each customer for the better.

Uniqueness . The main advantage of a mission is when you declare your difference from competitors. Formulate your unique selling proposition (USP) in it.

Company advantages and values . Convey to customers the advantages of your company compared to other market participants and the core values ​​that you declare.

Truthfulness . Don't try to pull the wool over your eyes by saying that your cheap product is the best. Find another reason to be proud, but don't deceive the buyer.

Transparency . The company's mission and goals should be stated in simple, clear language, without ambiguity or inaccuracies. Words and sentences should be understandable even to a poor student.
