Unique selling proposition (proposal)

Post by Reddi1 »

What is a USP? In short, it is the main value of your product, the feature for which you ask for a certain amount of money. A USP is a concise, extremely specific formulation of how wonderful your product is and why the buyer should buy it.

It takes a lot of effort to formulate a selling USP, but you should maintain a connection between the offer and the advertising message that brings visitors to your landing page. It often happens that PPC advertising states one thing, and the landing page states something completely different. Do not allow this, otherwise you will confuse yourself and your buyer.

The above does not mean that your USP should be a verbatim bahrain phone number data copy of the text of your email newsletter or contextual advertising. It is important that the landing page visitor can see the USP that is relevant to the request (or text in the advertisement).

The USP should be placed at the very top of the landing page. It should have a title and a subtitle. The text with a call to action and a description of the unique value of the product should also be placed there.

Let's take, for example, the landing page of one of the agencies offering effective campaign setup in Yandex Direct:

USP

The USP sounds like this: "Setting up Yandex Direct with a guaranteed result!" It is worth noting that the ad in the same Yandex, which brought us to the page, is similar to the USP, and this is simply wonderful:

Direct

But the uniqueness of the offer itself is questionable. Instead of describing the advantages of this type of advertising, the agency should have posted more information on the site about the value of its offer, talked about the company's experience, provided cases, statistics that confirm the high quality of work.
