Even if you decide to start posting

Even on sites like Facebook and Twitter, where you just post copy, visuals are more eye-catching and tend to attract more people. You also don’t need a media department or special equipment to create visual content (it would be great if you have one). Shoot behind-the-scenes videos, create cute stories using content curated from your audience, or post inspirational quotes in beautiful fonts. Worry about relationships, not statistics You have to track statistics to make sure these SMART goals are effective, but remember: these metrics should be quality-focused, not quantity-focused. Vanity metrics may tell you how many followers you gained this month, but if those followers aren’t engaging with your content, buying what you promote, and downloading your freemium digital products, what’s the point? Focus on building relationships – the statistics are likely to go up.

Also, don’t get too hung up on your self employeed database competitors’ performance. See how they attract new viewers and keep them engaged, but don’t compare your numbers to theirs. When it comes to improving your stats, you are your only competition. Be proactive! This should be obvious, but if it's not, we want to emphasize it. Stay active online. again, inactive social streams may be ignored. Post fresh content every day. To ease the burden, use automated tools to schedule as far in advance as possible. Also, repurpose your content.
