As we all know, communication means exchange. SRF now maintains a better dialogue with the audience. In 2015, the first "Hallo SRF" TV broadcast took place, in which SRF director Ruedi Matter answered questions from the audience ( persoenlich.com reported ).

In 2016, further “Hallo SRF” broadcasts australia rcs data followed on radio and television, and the dialogue was also specifically carried out into the regions with events in Brig, Aarau, Winterthur, St. Gallen, Bern, etc.

Incidentally, the new Bank Notenstein was also successful with this model. from the effort and personally visited all regional banks throughout Switzerland.

SRF did something similar: It is important that people can participate, that all questions can be asked, that people are open to criticism and that understanding of the work behind the scenes is promoted.

With "Hallo SRF", SRF director Ruedi Matter also attempted to have a personal dialogue with the audience. He answered consumers' questions. Although I was less convinced by the first appearance in the first "Hallo SRF" show - the answers were too non-committal in my opinion, almost like a compulsory exercise - he convinced the audience in the second show with much more concrete answers. He seemed more committed and the audience felt he was being addressed directly. In my opinion, Matter now takes the audience seriously.
