Once you’ve identified your purpose, publicly declare it to the entire company as the core focus of the entire company — almost like a battle cry, because building a startup is going to be a battle.
But announcing it once at an all-hands meeting isn’t enough, even if you follow up with a long email after the all-hands meeting.
