Despite our best intentions, problems can occur when setting up our sitemaps. Here are a few common problems:
Empty sitemap
Empty sitemap errors may indicate:
You uploaded an empty file.
You may be using incorrect HTML tags and the robot cannot find your website.
You may have saved the file in the wrong format so the robot can't find it.
You can resolve this sitemap issue by checking the file name or file extension or the file itself to see if it contains content.
Errors
404 errors are particularly serious. They can indicate that the india mobile database page the bot is looking for doesn't exist or that there is a server problem.
Find where the XML file is located and redirect it to the robotsxt file so Google can find it. Also, contact your landlord to see if they have any IT issues.
Incorrect namespace
A namespace is a class of elements (such as a file location or address) in which each element has a unique name.
If you get this error, you may have incorrectly tagged the namespace or doubled it up. Also, double-check that you didn't misspell the namespace.
Check the namespace tags and spelling.
HTML sitemap
HTML sitemaps are similar to XML sitemaps. The main difference is that HTML sitemaps are designed to be navigated by web users.
