Management and directors often struggle with connecting to these developments, directing the change and substantiating necessary investments. Finding the optimal mix of resources and deployment and simultaneously anticipating in time are important success factors for maximum online effect.
Online maturity is an important compass in finding the right balance and defining and executing the right choices. Experience shows that online results often fail to materialize because online investments made are not sufficiently oman telegram data coordinated or not sufficiently thought through. For this purpose, we have developed the online maturity model together with our colleagues and clients. The workings of the model are discussed in depth in the paper below (see SlideShare at the bottom of the article). In this article, we would like to provide a brief summary of the design and the added value in the application of online maturity.
