Two centuries and a few legislative changes later, Klee Group designs and develops a brand new GUNenv application which, as of November 2020, is used by nearly 4,000 environmental permit instructors, heirs to the first permits of 1810. Klee Group's work has made it possible to meet regulatory deadlines to dematerialize and simplify the procedures for these permits.
4 years after the first contract, the Ministry of the Environment has just renewed its south africa telegram data trust in us for a new contract. The Klee Group team is already hard at work designing and implementing future functionalities as well as the regulatory and legislative adaptations necessary for the prevention of industrial risks.
More specifically, GUNenv is the information system for monitoring regulatory procedures for ICPEs and IOTAs (the "Installations, Works, Projects or Activities" covered by the water law), in particular to enable the processing of environmental authorisations (for installations presenting the greatest challenges), ICPE registrations and IOTA declarations. specificities of these activities, while trying to make most of the processes common, GUNenv has therefore opened its doors to other users, in particular mining police officers.
The new green industry bill
The national and European context linked to the ongoing ecological transition will require procedural adjustments and increased dematerialization actions (green industry law, European regulation on “net zero” industry in particular).
GUNenv will be a key element in the implementation of these approaches.
