The build phase whether in a post-design mode

In this disrupted period where everything can change quickly, we have adapted our project approach , whether in a classic (V) or more agile mode , in order to be able to carry out projects remotely. We will describe how we have adapted our methodology on the main stages of a project so that it is " COVID-19 Compliant ".
Design workshops
Project foundation, the design phase and more particularly the workshops are usually a time for discussion during which the various interlocutors will be able to express their vision of the target solution. The fact of being partly remote can complicate these discussions (connection problems, background noise, loss of concentration in front of a screen, etc.).
