Useful additions
Add a countertop, it will be convenient to cook – everything is at hand.
For our changeable weather, a canopy will be relevant. The chimney should be carefully brought out above the roof.
The wheels on the stand will help you move the barbecue-smokehouse around the area.
Let's consider two types of smokehouses.
How to make a smokehouse from a propane tank.
I have built a few smokers but most of them take up a fair cash app data of space. I wanted to build something bigger, I have a 14.5" kitchen range which works great but is a bit small if I want to do any volume of smoked meat. So I figured I could build a bigger version out of an old propane tank.
I have a propane tank that is expired and I thought it would be useful to use for a project.
My idea for this smoker is to have two fuel sources and also have the option of powering it with an electric element or a propane torch but I will build those later. This instructable will focus on building a fire smoker using charcoal or wood.
What I like about the propane tank option is that it is vertical, I can smoke long items vertically and hang them up like fish and sausages or put food racks on it, smoked pork butts and brisket (split point and flat).

Here is a video of the assembly from start to finish.
