There are many and varied marketing strategies to attract potential customers and turn them into loyal customers, but one of the most effective is email marketing . Email marketing is a powerful tool that will help you reach your audience without being invasive because they will be the ones who agree to receive the information. In this sense, good segmentation will be essential to achieve your goals, because email marketing is a direct channel with valuable content tailored to the consumer.

The great advantage of this marketing strategy is that you can measure the results in real time , so it will be very easy to see if the campaign is working or not and, consequently, make the relevant changes. Marketing in the form of a newsletter serves above all to maintain contact with the client by sending them news and updates, and in this way stay present in their day to day.

Email marketing strategy: when to send a newsletter?
As the song goes, “it depends, it all depends.” There is no exact science to deciding what time and day are best to get the best results from a newsletter. Everything will depend on the market to which it is directed. But it is not impossible to establish a strategy to set out some guidelines for action. What is more, it will be key to carry out a study of your market to find the optimal day and time.

A good way to do this (but not the only way!) is to send Poland telegram data out strategic emails so you can compare them later. That is, send an email to a list of emails every day at the same time for a week (Monday to Friday, for example), and then do the same thing but with time slots (from 10am to 11am, from 12pm to 1pm, and so on). Once you have sent all these emails, study the results with Google Analytics and see which hours and days there were more actions on the newsletter (openings, clicks, views, etc.).

This will give you a good overview of how your market works and you will be able to create a shipping schedule to ensure the best results. Yes, it is a hard task, but with patience and perseverance, you will benefit from it.

Email marketing day by day
As we have already said, sending newsletters is not an exact science, and we must take into account multiple factors such as the country, the type of target audience or the type of promotion we carry out. But if we focus on Spain, we can define some guidelines that can serve as a guide when planning our strategy.

Monday
It's one of the worst days to send email marketing campaigns. When you get to the office after a weekend, the first thing you usually do is empty your inbox to keep the emails that interest you for work. Your mind is more focused on organizing the week's tasks and catching up than on opening emails that can distract you from work. But if you still want to try your luck on a Monday, prioritize midday , between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m., because in the morning you are at a disadvantage.

Tuesday
Tuesday is a good day to generate leads because you already have your week planned and you have more time for other things. It is a good day to run campaigns related to events or promotions that take place during the week, although as it is quite early, you may need to do a mid-week reminder to keep customers engaged. Early in the morning, from 8am to 9am, or midday, between 12pm and 4pm will be a good time to send out newsletters, during the morning coffee or lunch break.

Wednesday and Thursday
Midweek is an ideal time to launch quick-action campaigns . Many people are already planning for Saturday and Sunday, so it's a good time to offer promotions with the weekend in mind. Just like Tuesday, early morning or midday is the best time to send out your newsletter.

Friday
Friday is one of the days when we receive the least email . With the weekend just around the corner, it's a good time to send out campaigns with last-minute offers for Saturday's plans. Those who are undecided can react quickly to a promotion for the following day, so take advantage of this to send quick campaigns, they can be a great opportunity. As many companies have a busy Friday, it's best to send newsletters first thing in the morning because by midday most of us have forgotten about email and work.

Weekend
Obviously, we are not as focused on surfing the Internet or checking emails at the weekend. That is precisely why we can find an opportunity . Although Saturdays and Sundays are not the best days to send campaigns, we can take advantage of the fact that those sent will be read more carefully because there is not an avalanche of emails behind them. Direct your campaigns to family promotions and get your customers' attention with special offers for the weekend. In the morning, before starting with the weekend activities, is a good time for sending.
