In today’s business landscape, many companies still operate in a purely transactional manner, forgetting that true success comes from genuine and deserving actions. André challenged the audience with an essential question: “Are you earning your customer’s money?”
The answer, according to him, lies in the basic country email list of an entrepreneurial mindset: honesty, efficiency, complicity, responsibility and anticipation of problems . But he issued a warning: delivering only the basics is synonymous with mediocrity.
André provoked even more by asking: “Is your business a blessing or a curse for your customer?” He reinforced that delivery needs to go beyond expectations, creating such a positive impact that it transforms the customer into a brand advocate.
What about the competition? He challenged the contestants to become a “curse” to her!
And he added: “I am a curse to my competitors” , highlighting that, when a company really stands out, it forces others to reinvent themselves to remain competitive.
