First of all, let's be clear: this isn't to say that TikTok is a brilliant revolution. The app's operation is highly controversial, whether for its very relative interpretation of the GDPR, the concerns it provokes within governments about cyber espionage issues, or the differences in algorithms that exist between China and the rest of the world, particularly when it comes to children. But this app we love to hate isn't done taking market share.

After trampling on Google and Facebook's toes, TikTok is now eyeing Amazon's loot by launching the TikTok Shop service. The format is specific, the algorithm is specific, the audience is specific... but you're going to have to deal with this generation Z and learn to master its codes, because in less than 10 years, our companies will have a hard time surviving if they have neglected a third of the working population.
