Process automation is doing better and better, and the dynamic development of artificial intelligence in business supports more brilliant ideas. It's time for BOT in CRM !
One of the most interesting concepts touches on the basic process of CRM user interaction , namely data entry. According to Salesforce.com , sales representatives devote about 20% of their work time to entering customer information. This does not make representatives or employers happy.
However, it seems that the concept of Fireflies , currently hungary whatsapp lead tested in beta - processing customer conversations in real time, can minimize the time spent on filling out CRM to almost zero.

Bot in CRM
Based on deep learning algorithms, Fireflies built a BOT that collects unstructured information from a voice conversation with a customer and prepares valuable insight. The BOT, while 'listening' to a conversation with a customer, places the dates of the next contact captured from the dialogue in the representative's calendar. It prepares offers by capturing information about the budget amount. It provides arguments in a situation when it comes across doubts, hesitation or negative opinion in the customer's statement.
The first approach to such an information management model was implemented based on Slackbot - then the tool, analyzing the text , searched for the context for specific sales or information activities. The intelligent BOT was able to identify the probability of a transaction and predict potential actions.
The current version is enriched with a sales assistant who contacts customers according to an algorithm established on the basis of the information held, carrying out the sales process. The algorithm is usually shaped based on the history of transactions, previous contacts and the content of conducted conversations. When interacting with the customer, the BOT refers to this knowledge, thanks to which it becomes not a machine for receiving orders, but above all for pro-actively shaping them.
