The internal process of B2B Marketing and Sales

Focusing on unit sales is not the ideal approach to be more profitable. Understanding and listening to B2B customers in order to solve their problems over time using B2B Strategic Marketing makes more sense.
I recently heard that B2B marketing strategies are israel telephone directory chess games, while B2C strategies are darts games. I liked that.
For the customer, Marketing and Sales are the same: Customer Experience.
Or at least it should be. In the first part of the B2B and Industrial Customer Experience, the new customer behaves in a very autonomous and digital way (Marketing) and in the immediately following part, in a very human way (sales).
It would not make sense to understand Marketing and Sales as separate functions.
In addition, in this B2B Customer Experience, a new concept of B2B Marketing Strategy must be very well outlined, the digital strategy of those first phases in addition to B2B Branding that will determine the client's expectations to later decide (or not) to sit down with a B2B sales professional.
