The Fabric metrics layer in Power BI aims to make it easy to define, discover, and reuse trusted metrics. Trusted creators can develop standardized metrics that incorporate essential business logic, ensuring consistency across the organization. These metrics are organized into collections, promoted and certified, and made accessible to end users and other creators. Additionally, these metrics can be used to generate reports and reused in other Fabric solutions, such as Notebooks.
