Next, you will need to click on the Settings button to access advanced form settings and field mapping. On this page, click on the User Registration tab.

WPForms will now display your form fields with a dropdown below them to select the WordPress registration field to map it to.

WPForms will automatically map your default fields like Name, Email, Password, etc. You can also select the page you want users to be redirected to once they submit the form.

From here, scroll down to the “Custom User Meta” section. Type in the custom meta key you created earlier and then select the form field you want to map it to.

Done! There is now a shortcode for your form on your page. Hit “Publish” (or “Update” if you’re editing an old page), and your form will be live on your site.

Prefer a sidebar widget? No problem. Simply go to Appearance » Widgets and drag the WPForms widget to your sidebar area.

Select the form you created from the widget settings dropdown menu. Then, click Save. That's it! Your user registration form is now in your sidebar.
