Training for clients and visiting a new location in a large business complex in Cambridge that I had never been to before, at the barrier I pressed the call button and a member of staff responded that I had asked about the business center and he asked where I was going. It was another barrier for visitors so I had to reverse which required two other cars to do the same and drive a few meters to another barrier where he told me in no uncertain terms that I would need to use this barrier in the future.

For me, it all starts with having the right people in the right roles and then it comes down to empowerment. The position of the super guy who provides catering is absolutely pleasant and nothing is too difficult.
