The purpose of these grants called by the Ministry of Economy, Business and Employment of Castilla-La Mancha is to support the tourism sector by applying innovative solutions to adapt to new technologies , thus promoting its tourist offer to optimize interactions with its customers.
These grants are made up of 5 lines of subsidy that we explain below:
Line 1: The aid is aimed at actions such as incorporating the use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) to improve business efficiency and improving Internet connectivity with the aim of offering a quality service that is completely free of charge for the clientele of tourism companies.
