In the past, he had already had brief contact with Bitrix24 , but it was only in the testing phase. In his search for improvement, at the end of 2018, he remembered the platform and his conversation with Filipe Bento , our CEO, and that was when he decided to implement Bitrix24 at Audaces .
When he arrived at our office, Passarelli presented the various challenges that the sales department was facing, including the lack of visibility into the sales funnel and difficulties with the previous software , which was causing important jordan telemarketing data information to be lost due to synchronization issues.
