When we're not in the office, we have much more freedom to use our phones or watch TV while we work. If anything, there's no boss to control us! If you've ever thought that you'll simply "multitask" between your work and social media, you're wrong. Any interruption in your work can disrupt your concentration for up to 25 minutes!

When we work, then we work - and it's best to turn off our e-mail browser and mobile phone notifications.

Is it morning? Late afternoon? Maybe evening? Working from home offers a little more flexibility to fit your work around your own pace.

11. Use apps
Also one of the tips that applies both to the office and italy whatsapp data outside the office. Working remotely can make it much more difficult to establish quality work organization and coordination among other colleagues. In this case, various applications can come to your aid!

For task management, you can try apps like Asana , Basecamp , Trello , and Freedcamp . For effective time management, feel free to try Harvest , RescueTime , or Toggl .

12. Continue to respect your working hours
Working from home makes it very easy to “break” the clear line between work and private life – because we are constantly on “private” territory. It is not uncommon for us to stay in front of our laptop until late at night, completely losing track of time. Just because we work from home does not mean we should “kill ourselves” with work. Even in these situations, it is important to know when to turn off the laptop and dedicate ourselves to our loved ones. When you are done, you are done!

13. Feel free to reward yourself!
Psychologists discovered a long time ago how much influence rewards have on our behavior and motivation. And working from home can be very challenging for some, not to mention difficult. Why wouldn't you reward yourself after a successfully completed working day - even if it meant that you didn't even leave your apartment! ?

14. Go for a walk
Just because it is recommended to be indoors most of the time during the coronavirus pandemic, does not mean that leaving the house is prohibited. On the contrary, we can walk and enjoy the sunny weather as long as we don't group into large groups, keep our distance from each other and disinfect our hands regularly.

Being outdoors has many benefits for our work productivity. If you're stuck writing a report and the words just won't come out of your head, maybe all you need is a short walk. ?

15. Pay attention to your cybersecurity
If you use a personal laptop or other electronic devices when working from home, and especially if the concept of cybersecurity is unfamiliar to you, seek help from a reliable source who can provide you with useful advice in this area.
