To protest a debt, the person or company must go to a protest office with identification documents in hand, in addition to the title for which they wish to claim payment, including the debtor's details, such as name and full address.
In practice, there is no minimum period for a bill to be protested. From the first day of delay, the creditor can protest. The same applies to amounts, as there is no minimum amount.
