Use the PLG approach
PLG (Product Led Growth) approach is when the product speaks for itself. Simply put, the PLG approach is very functional and practical, especially for SaaS copy that finds solutions. This brings us back to the slide about sharing solutions. It is also very specific: PLG content does not like it when you force the topic or use general language. For example, instead of simply “follow the link” , it is better to explain what the benefit will be for the user if he does it. The more detailed the language and the more you explain the what, why and how, the better.

Use the PLG approach

For example, Panda Doc. On the left side, you can see an example of one of our copies. qatar customer email list The main point I want to draw attention to is the importance of linking to the product in a way that is relevant to the topic and adds value to the reader. For example, in our company, we use internal statistics, such as the number of contracts sent during the year, and we focus on them. This way, we demonstrate that we really deal with contracts, and not just take information from somewhere. Try to describe the pain points that users may face. This shows that you understand the problem. Describe the technical features and how the product helps. And, of course, tell how exactly your product works, in such detail that there is no need to look for additional information.

Let users make the choice
At Panda Doc, we practice providing three usage options for our product.

They can read the blog.
If they have questions, they can book a demo. Or, if they don’t really like talking to the sales team, they can try the product themselves.
