Shafa had about 30 such triggers, and now the main ones are price drop reminders and recommendations based on user subscriptions. We also added products that match the size and color of the user's selected products, as well as products from the same brands that are a high priority for that user.




We used personalized messages across channels, including Viber, push notifications, australia rcs data and emails. After implementing personalized product recommendations, customer retention costs decreased, the number of triggers per person decreased, and, more importantly, the number of orders increased. After six months of using these recommendations, the number of orders also increased.
