How the system was created
In May 2017, we realized that the annual plan does not help optimize work, says nothing about income and expenses, and in December we will be in for a surprise. Therefore, we spent the entire second half of the year building a new financial reporting system.

The following people participated in the process:

financial director;
Production Director - responsible for the quality of services;
Executive Director - builds processes within the company.

1. Determined the company's needs

As with clients, we first analyzed the company's needs and compiled a list of the necessary documents:

Team and department reporting tables. This is where data is collected on specialists, projects and company departments.
A reporting table for all teams and departments. Contains data for the CEO, who monitors the work of all departments.
Summary document. .
All documents must include information about expenses and income in the past, present and future. The system must be as automated as possible so that we spend less time on reporting.
