Sometimes, building a website that is beautiful and functional is not enough. You will need to play different roles depending on the situation and the client you are working with.

One of the most common roles you will have to play is that of a teacher. It can be as simple as explaining how much of their needs are being met by building a website. Very often, however, the teaching part is a little more nuanced.
Sometimes you will work with a client who doesn't understand rcs data austria at all. And often, when someone tries to achieve something outside of their professional field, they become a difficult person to work with.
So how can you make the client feel comfortable in such a situation? You have to be both a teacher and a psychologist.

Listen and identify the important issues
Your first task is to create a comfortable environment where the client is heard. Sometimes you just need to listen to the client and ask clarifying questions. If they currently have a site they are not happy with, find out why they are not happy.
Go beyond the design issues. You may find that the client is having trouble updating content, as well as the entire content management system. Perhaps the existing site is not flexible enough. There may even be a lack of trust or poor communication between the client and the previous designer. Find out what caused the current problems.
